Aura Battles

Aura Battles is a PvP arena combat game on Roblox developed by Keep It Simple Studios and launched in September 2024. With 46.5 million visits and a 96.8% approval rating - one of the highest scores in the genre - the game combines a collection loop with active PvP combat. Players equip auras that grant unique special abilities, fight opponents in 16-player arena servers, and open Supreme Crates to collect rarer auras with stronger powers.

The core loop is collect-and-fight: winning PvP earns Gems, Gems open Supreme Crates, and Crates yield new auras each with a distinct combat ability. The pairing of collection and combat keeps both aspects feeding each other:

• ⚔️ Auras - each grants a unique ability like Iceball (projectile attack), Thunderclap (area stun), Bat Blink (movement), or Boogie (crowd control); rarity determines power level
• 💎 Supreme Crates - the gacha layer; opened with Gems or Coins to receive new auras of varying rarity
• 💰 Gems - primary currency earned from PvP combat and passive AFK farming; spent on Supreme Crates
• ⏳ Spring Coins - seasonal event currency for limited-time cosmetics during events like the Spring Event
• 🏆 Titles - Brutal, Juggernaut, and Unstoppable tiers are PvP achievement ranks earned through combat milestones

The AFK Chamber sub-place lets players accumulate Gems passively when not in the mood for active fighting, with Roblox Premium members earning a 1.5x Gem multiplier there. Eight gamepasses cover permanent multipliers, cosmetic bundles, and starter packs.

Aura Battles draws direct inspiration from Slap Battles and Sol's RNG, combining the PvP format of one with the aura collection appeal of the other.
