Slap Battles

Slap Battles is a chaotic PvP arena game on Roblox where players choose a glove with a unique ability and attempt to slap opponents off a floating map into the void below. Created by developer Tencell under the Slap Battles group and launched in February 2021, it has surpassed 3.4 billion visits and 4.3 million favorites. The game draws 6,000-20,000 concurrent players daily and celebrated its fifth Slappiversary in February 2026.

The core loop is deceptively simple: pick a glove, slap opponents, earn Slaps (the primary currency), and buy more gloves. What makes Slap Battles remarkably deep is a roster of 326+ gloves organized across distinct categories, combined with a 154-badge achievement layer and a competitive ranked mode:

• ⚔️ Standard gloves (139) - purchased with Slaps, ranging from the free Default glove to 100,000 Slaps for Flex

Every glove has either a passive effect (always active) or an active ability triggered by pressing E. Slapples - apple collectibles scattered across the arena - grant bonus Slaps and contribute to badge progress. Shards and Null Shards are secondary currencies required for specific glove unlocks that cannot be purchased with standard Slaps.
