How to redeem codes

To redeem codes in Backpacking, click the Twitter bird button on the left side of the screen. A panel opens with a FREE text input field. Enter your code and press Redeem. Codes are not case-sensitive per community reports.

Codes reward Marshmallows, the secondary cosmetic currency used for campfire-themed items in the shop. Marshmallows let you access premium cosmetics without extended camping sessions.

Backpacking has a very low code volume - only one active code across its full history - and codes are not a significant feature of the experience. When codes do release, they are announced on the developer's Twitter/X account @Simonblox. Following that account is the most reliable way to catch a code if and when one drops. Do not expect frequent releases for this game.
