How to redeem codes

Click the Redeem Codes button in the top-left menu on the main screen. Enter the code in the text field and press Enter. Codes are case-sensitive - enter them exactly as written, including any unusual capitalization. Most codes require your account to be level 6 or higher before redemption. New players need to play several rounds to reach level 6 before codes become available, so the level gate is the first thing to troubleshoot when codes do not work.

Codes reward cosmetic-economy items. Cases come in four tiers - Normal, Deluxe, Exclusive, and Hell - with Hell Cases offering the best odds at Contraband-tier skins. Cash funds case openings and market transactions. The 2x Luck buff temporarily increases rare skin drop rates during case openings, making it valuable to activate before opening a stack of cases.
