Dead Sails is a post-apocalyptic ship survival game on Roblox by Awesome Melon Games, launched in March 2025 and explicitly inspired by the hit Dead Rails. Players captain a ship across 100,000 meters (100km) of hostile ocean to reach the last safe zone, managing coal fuel, looting coastal towns every 10km, surviving night enemy waves, and defeating the Kraken at the journey's end. With over 40 million visits, 147K favorites, and a 90.7% approval rating in under a year, Dead Sails is one of the fastest-growing Dead Rails-inspired survival games on Roblox. The 100km journey is the spine of every session, creating a survival arc with real stakes at each stage:

• 🚗 Fuel management - the ship runs on coal; each unit restores roughly 20% fuel; running dry strands you in the open ocean
