Demonology

Demonology is a co-op ghost-hunting survival game on Roblox by Blaqk Magic Blue (verified developer), inspired directly by Phasmophobia. Players take on the role of "investigators" employed by the fictional Demonology Solutions, LLC, visiting haunted job sites to gather evidence, identify ghost types, and escape alive. Launched in June 2024, it has reached over 353 million visits and 703K favorites with a 95.1% approval rating, winning the RIA 2025 Best Survival Experience award. Its professional-grade map design, custom copyright-free music, and dry corporate-satire tone set it apart from other Roblox horror titles.

Each investigation plays out as a tense team task across up to 30-player servers:

• 💰 Salary and XP - correctly identifying a ghost earns money and XP; leveling up unlocks better equipment and harder jobs
• 🏆 Employee Badges - 13 achievement badges written from the perspective of Demonology Solutions, LLC management, reinforcing the corporate satire lore

Two gamepasses double money and XP (399R$ each), and the VIP pass (599R$) adds a custom flashlight color, exclusive ghost event access, and a lobby music selector. The game explicitly warns players about loud noises and flashing lights.
