Escape Angry Head is a multi-stage escape and survival game on Roblox by Shestvie Official [RU], developed by a Russian team around the viral "Do You Speak English?" oversized head UGC item created by IvanIzmestev. Players navigate increasingly difficult obstacle stages while being chased by the angry head character. With 145 million visits and 53,300 favorites, it is one of the most-visited head-escape games on the platform.

The game spans 12 stages plus a BOSS encounter, each hosted as a separate place for clean server management. Progress saves between sessions so completed stages do not need to be repeated:
