Ghost Simulator

Ghost Simulator is a story-driven simulator on Roblox developed by BloxByte Games, launched in December 2018 and updated as recently as April 2026. Players use vacuum devices to capture increasingly powerful ghosts across multiple biomes while following a lore-rich quest line led by named Ghost Hunter NPCs who gradually reveal a narrative about ghosts taking over the world. It has accumulated 141.5 million visits and 927K favorites over seven years of continuous operation.

The core progression centers on the Antenna - the primary stat that gates every biome. Leveling your Antenna from 1 through 30+ is the main grind goal between rebirths. Each biome has its own Ghost Hunter NPC with a dedicated quest line, and defeating bosses in those biomes is required for quest progression:

• 🗺️ Biomes - Forest, Blox City, Wild West, Beach, Volcano, Ghost World (with Music Meadows and Ghost World Castle), and the Lab; each requires a minimum Antenna level
• 💎 Pets - companions that boost vacuum rate and Ecto-Token income; leveling pets via the Pet Evolution rebirth perk adds +5% to all pet stats per prestige up to 20 rebirths
• ⚔️ Boss fights - powerful ghost enemies in specific biomes required for quest progression and lore advancement
• 🏆 Rebirth - prestige system resetting vacuums, currencies, and Antenna for a permanent perk choice; pets, hoverboards, Gum, and the Ghost Index are retained
• ⏳ Seasonal events - Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Easter each return with recurring event content and limited-time rewards
• 💰 Hoverboards and Rebirth Boards - movement items for faster biome traversal; Rebirth Boards unlock at milestone rebirth counts

Joining the BloxByte Games Roblox group is required for most in-game rewards and grants 10% bonus crate luck. Roblox Premium members receive 25% more Gems, walk speed, and vacuum range.
