HELLO, NEIGHBOR [ACT 3] is a stealth-puzzle survival game by pantrill, the standalone dedicated Act 3 chapter of the Hello Neighbor fan experience. Created in March 2024, it has reached 136 million visits and 151K favorites, making it the faster-growing of the two Hello Neighbor experiences on Roblox.

The gameplay focuses on infiltrating the Neighbor's basement through the challenges specific to Act 3 - an expanded map structure spanning 11 distinct areas covering the neighbor's house exterior, interior floors, and basement levels:

HELLO, NEIGHBOR [ACT 3] is the newer and more actively maintained version compared to the multi-act edition. Up to 8 players share a server, allowing for social exploration of the fan-built chapter. pantrill credits the Neighbor model to Pradzuhs, the Fredbear model to Salamance and TheOnyx, and the original mod inspiration to Sdalt.
