Obby But You're Cursed

Obby But You're Cursed is a chaos-driven obstacle course game by Obby But Studio that layers randomized debuffs on top of standard platforming stages. With 83.9 million visits and 5.7 million favorites since its May 2025 launch, it is one of the faster-growing entries in the "Obby But..." series format.

The central twist is that players are randomly assigned curses that modify their character during each stage. Rather than running a clean obstacle course, you must adapt movement and timing to whatever impairment has been applied. Three difficulty modes stack the curse count:

• 🗺️ Easy Mode applies one curse - manageable impairment on top of standard platforming
• 🗺️ Hard Mode applies two simultaneous curses - multiple modifications stacking the challenge
• 🏆 Chaos Mode applies three curses at once - described as extremely difficult even by the developers
• ⏳ New curses added weekly, keeping the pool of possible impairments expanding

Stages are organized into worlds with World 3 currently available. The 25-player server size creates a shared experience where players can see others dealing with their own curse combinations, adding social humor to the difficulty.

Obby But Studio also makes Obby But You're on a Kart, which follows the same "twist on the obby format" pattern but with vehicle physics replacing curse-based impairments.
