Codes reward Lucky Survivor Spins and Lucky Zombie Spins - separate faction-specific cosmetic gacha rolls. The two pools are fully independent, meaning Survivor Spins only unlock Survivor cosmetics and Zombie Spins only unlock Zombie cosmetics.
