Project Ghoul is a Tokyo Ghoul-inspired action RPG on Roblox developed by [GX] Studio, with over 61 million visits and 235K favorites since its February 2020 launch. Players choose a permanent faction at character creation - Ghouls who fight with organic Kagune weapons, or CCG agents who hunt Ghouls and forge Quinque from harvested Kagune - and the entire progression path flows from that one choice. The game is currently being remade from scratch.

The faction-asymmetric design creates natural PvP tension on every server, with both paths converging on the same endgame combat arena through completely different mechanics:

⚔️ Kagune organic weapons for Ghouls, with type determined by gacha spins at 80,000 Yen per pull
💎 Kakuja transformation requiring 85,000 RC Cells - the Ghoul endgame milestone, unlocked with the R key
⚔️ Quinque weapons for CCG agents, harvested from downed Ghouls using a briefcase item
💰 Weekend bonus system giving 30% XP, Materials, and Yen buffs plus discounted spin prices every weekend

Who made Project Ghoul?

Project Ghoul was developed by [GX] Studio (Roblox group ID 5633742). The game launched in February 2020 and has maintained an active code program with 349 expired codes over its lifetime.

What is the difference between Ghoul and CCG in Project Ghoul?

Ghouls fight with organic Kagune weapons, feed on corpses to collect RC Cells, and can evolve into Kakuja form at 85,000 RC Cells. CCG agents hunt Ghouls, harvest their Kagune into Quinque weapons using a briefcase on downed opponents, and equip Arata armor for defense.

What is Kakuja in Project Ghoul?

Kakuja is a powered-up Ghoul transformation that requires accumulating 85,000 RC Cells. It is activated with the R key and provides a major combat advantage. Not all Kagune types have a Kakuja form, making the right spin result doubly important for endgame viability.
