PROJECT MONSTER

PROJECT MONSTER is an asymmetric multiplayer survival game on Roblox developed by verified studio SECOND GAMES, where one player per round is chosen as the monster while the rest cooperate as survivors to complete an objective and escape. Launched in April 2024, it has surpassed 84 million visits with up to 45 players per server - one of the largest server caps in the horror-survival genre.

Each round begins with a random monster assignment. Survivors must finish one of three rotating objectives before the monster eliminates the team:

• ⚔️ Train Escape Mode where survivors collect 25 scattered boxes and escape via the train
• ⚔️ Throw Mode where survivors collect boxes and hurl them at the monster to kill it, flipping the dynamic from fleeing to offense
• ⚔️ Machine Deactivation Mode where survivors gather specific items to stop a machine trying to revive the monster
• 💰 Emeralds as the primary currency earned from rounds and milestone chests, spent on cosmetics and upgrades
• 💎 Gems earned by reviving downed teammates or staying until a round fully ends - rewarding committed play

Round times are short and the session-to-session variety across three modes keeps gameplay highly replayable. Ten seasonal and themed map variants including Toy Factory, Santa's Workshop, and Easter Day rotate the visual setting. Milestone-based chests unlock Emeralds when the game hits community like and group member goals.

PROJECT MONSTER has been actively updated through March 2026 and follows a milestone and holiday code release pattern.
