Road-Side Shawarma is a Roblox horror experience from solo developer nv1sh that places players on the night shift at a roadside shawarma stand - where following a strict and increasingly cryptic set of Rules is the only protection against something far worse than a bad review. The game belongs to the "night shift rules" horror genre popularized by Kiosk, and has accumulated an extraordinary 173 million visits since its October 2025 launch, making it one of the fastest-growing horror titles in Roblox history.

Each shift begins with a rulebook. The rules govern what to say to customers, what sounds to ignore, which areas to never look at, and what to do when things go wrong. As the night deepens, the rules grow more contradictory and the consequences of failure escalate toward a full "fired" game-over:

Atmosphere is built on audio and lighting as much as jump scares. Developer nv1sh recommends headphones at max volume and maximum graphics settings. Contributor @danyairwing handled the soundtrack while @trivium.pill created the artwork - a tight team producing output that rivals larger studio productions.
