SCP Roleplay: Area 47 is a morph-based SCP Foundation roleplay game on Roblox set inside Armed Containment Area 47, developed by the Special Containment Procedures Foundation [SCPF] group and active since April 2018. Players choose from a full roster of Foundation roles and collectively maintain - or breach - the containment of dangerous anomalous entities. The facility hierarchy is the backbone of every session. Players spawn into one of several roles and operate within their assigned objectives across Area 47's corridors, labs, and containment cells:

Keycard clearance is the core progression system. Higher clearance levels unlock access to restricted facility zones, additional equipment, and advanced roles. Players build clearance across sessions by fulfilling role objectives and demonstrating competence within their faction.

The Play as SCP gamepass grants access to six distinct morphs: SCP-999 heals nearby players, SCP-457 hurls fireballs, SCP-096 enters a rage state when its face is viewed, SCP-049 can reanimate players it defeats, SCP-173 moves only when unobserved, and SCP-966 provides a stealth-based threat. Containment breach events - when any of these SCPs escapes its cell - are the most chaotic and engaging moments in each server. A nuclear warhead is accessible to high-clearance players under specific breach conditions.
