The Dank Murderer X (TDMX) is a murder mystery game on Roblox by Uncle Davey's studio that expands the classic Murderer, Sheriff, and Innocent formula with a wider roster of specialized roles, making every round unpredictable. Launched in January 2024, it has accumulated around 42 million visits and 850K favorites, sitting comfortably in the competitive murder mystery niche alongside games like Murder Mystery 2 and The Mad Murderer.

Each round assigns roles randomly across a 12-player lobby. The standard trinity is always present - Murderer (hunt and eliminate all players with a knife), Sheriff (identify and shoot the Murderer), and Innocent (survive without getting caught) - but TDMX layers in additional roles like the Medic (healing and assist abilities) and the Hacker (access to special tactical tools). The result is a round-based social deduction game where role variety keeps experienced players guessing.

The cosmetic economy is the main driver for repeat play. Coins are the primary currency earned through gameplay, spent on Cases - a gacha-style system where players open crates for random knife skins and gun skins at varying rarity tiers.
