Timber Champions

Timber Champions is a tree-chopping incremental simulator on Roblox where players destroy trees to earn Coins, hatch eggs for pets that boost damage, buy progressively better axes, and unlock new worlds with escalating difficulty. Developed by Powerful Studio and launched in July 2022, it has reached over 18 million visits and 58K favorites. The game still receives periodic content, with an active event tag and a March 2026 update.

The core loop is straightforward: chop trees by clicking or tapping to deal damage, collect Coins when trees are destroyed, and spend Coins on better Axes (higher damage per chop), Eggs (which hatch into pets), and new world unlocks. Pets are the primary progression multiplier - they run alongside the player and provide passive damage bonuses, making each hit deal more damage. Pet quality directly determines how fast you advance to harder worlds, so hatching better pets is the main bottleneck.

Multiple themed worlds are available, each with higher-HP trees and greater Coin rewards. World themes referenced in the game's history include Heaven, Hell, Cave, and Steampunk, each with distinct visual styles. Competitive leaderboards add a ranking layer to the otherwise solo-progression experience.

The boost system drives progression. Lucky Boosts and Ultra Lucky Boosts increase the chance of hatching rarer pets from eggs, while 2x Damage Boosts and 2x Coin Boosts are timed multipliers that accelerate the core grind. Joining the Powerful Studio Roblox group grants Auto Hatch - a significant convenience perk that automatically hatches eggs without manual clicks. Servers hold up to 10 players.
