Backrooms is a large-scale horror exploration game on Roblox developed by Red Panda Industries, directly inspired by Kane Pixel's acclaimed found-footage short film series and the wider Backrooms creepypasta mythology. Players navigate a vast network of Levels - numbered zones each with distinct environments and dangers - spread across 23 interconnected sub-places, from the iconic yellow-carpeted Level 0 through flooded Poolrooms, abandoned car parks, empty cities, and increasingly abstract liminal spaces. The core experience blends exploration with combat and optional PvP. Players descend through levels, scavenge Supplies from lockers scattered across each environment, fight or evade Entities - hostile creatures drawn from Backrooms lore like the Smiler, Partygoer, and Bacteria - and work toward discovering every level's unique badge.
