EXILED

EXILED is a co-op horror scavenging game on Roblox by Dreadworks Studio (verified creator) where players take the role of exiled prisoners navigating abandoned lands filled with enemies, scattered treasures, and light horror atmosphere. The mission is to scavenge loot and survive long enough to reach the Safe Haven extraction point. Launched in August 2024, it has earned 20.7 million visits, 287,000 favorites, and a 97.6% approval rating from over 146,000 votes - one of the highest ratings of any game in its category. The developer cites Lethal Company and PILGRIM as direct inspirations.

Runs are structured around risk and extraction:

• 🗺️ Scavenge for items and treasures while avoiding or defeating Flesh Hunters, Stalkers, and Stone Golems
• 💰 Extract loot to convert into Money and Tokens on Safe Haven completion

• ⏳ Revives let you continue after death during a run

Perks are the primary character-building system - purchased with Tokens before a run, covering movement speed, detection resistance, and combat improvements. Style Lucky Spins and Flow Lucky Spins provide randomized cosmetic rewards from the Packages and flow systems. The lobby contains a purple Codes NPC on the left side for code redemption.

EXILED built one of the most active code histories of any game in its tier - 45 expired codes from its peak development phase covering Tokens, Money, Boosts, Lucky Spins, and Revives. The developer used codes as a communication tool throughout: milestone codes (20MVISITS), compensation codes (UPDATEDELAYED), and content codes (HOTELRETURN) all appeared at different points. Development hit turbulence when Dreadworks announced discontinuation in April 2025, but updates continued through February 2026.
