Murderthon

Murderthon is an asymmetric survival horror game by Chilly Creations inspired by Dead by Daylight and Flee the Facility, set in an original universe five years after the events of FUNBLOX. Survivors must cooperate to repair generators and escape a trial arena while a single killer - the M.A.S.K - hunts them down to put them in an electric chair. With 8.1M+ visits and 61.2K favorites since launching in August 2024, it has built a dedicated niche following among players who want cooperative tension over competitive PvP.

The asymmetric structure divides each session between two fundamental experiences:

• 🗺️ Survivors - must work together across the map repairing generators to unlock escape before the M.A.S.K catches them; communication through the wheel mechanic is the key tool
• ⚔️ M.A.S.K (killer) - pursues survivors with a unique special Mask Ability (M2/R2) and must catch and place all survivors in the electric chair before they escape
• 🎭 Communication focus - the game is explicitly designed for friend groups; teammate coordination determines whether survivors escape or all end up in the chair

Four distinct sub-places support the experience: the main trial arena, a dedicated Tutorial for new player onboarding, a Build Mode sub-place potentially allowing community map creation, and a development environment. The VIP gamepass (499 Robux) and a Customizable Scratch Marks Color pass (Scratch Marks are the trail left by sprinting survivors, visible to the M.A.S.K) offer premium customization options.

Currently in alpha with active development through April 2026, Murderthon is one of the more cooperative-focused games in its genre space.
