PETAPETA: School of Nightmares [PvP]

PETAPETA: School of Nightmares [PvP] is the spin-off companion game to PETAPETA by Omochi_Studio, relocating the infinite hotel nightmare to an abandoned school while adding competitive PvP combat on top of the horror escape foundation. Launched in October 2024 and actively updated through April 2026, it has accumulated over 228 million visits in under 18 months - a sign of enormous crossover appeal from the original game's audience.

The horror survival loop carries over from the main game, but School of Nightmares adds several distinct layers:

• 🗺️ Explore the abandoned school - the Nightmare School setting distinct from the infinite hotel
• 💎 Collect Cursed Shards scattered throughout the school to unlock Archives revealing PETAPETA lore

The Archives are the game's lore progression system - each Cursed Shard brings players closer to the hidden mysteries connecting School of Nightmares to the original PETAPETA universe. The PVP Priority Ticket governs competitive mode access, and the PvP Shop expands the competitive item pool.

Players new to the series should start with the original PETAPETA for the foundational horror experience before stepping into the school.
