Sword Factory X ️

Sword Factory X is an idle tycoon and dungeon combat hybrid on Roblox where players run a sword-forging factory, upgrade their creations through increasingly powerful rarity tiers, and take on dungeon bosses for rare drops. Developed by TopTier by Talewind, it launched in March 2022 and has earned over 28 million visits and 112K favorites.

The core loop starts with the factory, which continuously generates swords at a rate influenced by factory level and luck settings. Generated swords pass through the Appraiser, which assigns an initial rarity from a pool of 25 tiers (expanded in Update 11). Players then feed swords into the Ascender machine to push them up to higher rarity tiers. Higher rarity translates directly to better combat damage and higher sell value. The Bank system lets players protect their best swords from accidental loss.

Beyond factory management, players equip their best swords and enter Dungeons to fight bosses for exclusive drops. The Halloween Tower dungeon returns during seasonal events with extra dungeon luck. Artifacts provide additional bonuses to factory output and combat performance. The Re-enchanting system lets players reroll a sword's combat properties without changing its rarity, adding another optimization layer.

Update 11 made the 500x Multiplier gamepass permanently free, accelerating progression for all players.
