Taxi Boss is a driving tycoon hybrid on Roblox where players pick up NPC passengers and race through an open-world city to deliver them as quickly as possible for cash rewards. Developed by the Taxi Boss Group (led by olikus400, Bertik750, and SamSpeedCz), it has accumulated 687 million visits and over 1.19 million favorites since its August 2021 launch, drawing 10K-20K concurrent players.

The core loop blends tycoon progression with skill-based driving. Customers appear at pickup markers around the city, and faster deliveries earn bigger tips on top of the base fare. Cash earned from deliveries feeds back into a company progression system - players upgrade their garage, raise their Company Level, and unlock access to premium customers who pay higher fares. Reaching Company Level 6 opens up car customization at the garage, where players can modify spoilers, wheels, lights, and colors.

The vehicle collection ranges from slow starter taxis to high-performance sports cars, with BMotors models being a standout brand in the lineup. Beyond the taxi delivery loop, the game features a dedicated mountain drift zone where players use the handbrake to chain drifts, and an open-world layout that supports informal racing against friends and server members.
