2 Player Mansion Tycoon!

2 Player Mansion Tycoon is a cooperative tycoon builder on Roblox developed by Tycoon Hype, where two players team up to construct and upgrade an elaborate mansion using the classic dropper-and-upgrader tycoon formula. The game layers drivable vehicles and a weapons system on top of standard mansion-building mechanics and has accumulated over 57 million visits since launching in September 2020, updating incrementally at each new million-visit milestone.

The core loop is familiar to tycoon fans: buy Droppers to passively generate Cash, then spend that Cash on Upgraders that multiply dropper output or unlock new construction stages. As the mansion grows, new floors, rooms, and decorations appear. Eventually the Enterprise Area opens - a separate zone added in later updates that brings drivable vehicles, additional activities, and a weapons system for light PvP beyond the main mansion plot:

• 💎 Admin Commands - the 995 R$ premium pass with ";"-prefix commands for advanced players
• 🗺️ Spy Drone - a 95 R$ pass enabling remote reconnaissance of opponent base plots

Two players share a connected mansion plot, and both contributions combine toward shared progression goals. Up to four two-player pairs can occupy one server, each with their own plot. Joining the Tycoon Hype Roblox group rewards a free Speed Coil that boosts movement speed. All gamepasses require resetting your character or rejoining after purchase to activate, as noted explicitly in every pass description.
