Gym Tycoon!

Gym Tycoon is a fitness-themed tycoon game on Roblox developed by The Buff Boyz, launched in March 2021. With 173.7M+ visits and 377K+ favorites over four-plus years, it remains a recognized name in the genre. The last update was September 2024, placing it in a low-activity maintenance phase.

The tycoon loop works differently here than in most passive tycoons. Players purchase gym Equipment to attract Customers who pay Cash for using each machine. Expanding the lot grows income, but players also actively participate through minigame-style gym activities - swimming, push-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, squats, basketball, and weightlifting. Random events add urgency: customers get injured, yoga mats need cleaning, and fires break out requiring player response:
